We are currently seeking an Full-Time Office Coordinator to become part of our Adelaide office team. The role requires versatility, as you will be responsible for various tasks including managing reception, handling administrative duties, providing excellent customer service to all visitors to the organisation, both in person and over the phone, and organising meetings/events. This position would be ideal for an individual who enjoys a diverse workload.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reception:

- Handle all incoming calls and greeting visitors while directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Managing and scheduling board room bookings.
- Receiving and distributing incoming mail and packages
- Managing outgoing mail and courier bookings
- Maintaining an organised and tidy reception area
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing through SharePoint.
- Ordering and restocking office supplies
- Maintain the tidiness and stock levels of meeting rooms and common areas.
- Coordinate catering requirements for staff and customer functions, as well as for training and meeting rooms when required.
- Managing company fleet vehicle bookings
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
- Customer Events: Assist with the planning and coordination of events for customers, ensuring that they run smoothly and meet their objectives.
- Staff Events: Assist with the planning and coordination of events, including securing venues, managing vendors, and handling logistics.
- Head Office Events: Assist with the planning and coordination of events that take place at the head office and handling logistics.

**To be Successful**
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role desired.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Office
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint
- Ability to multitask.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- NDIS workers Screening and Working with Children Clearance.
