**About our Opportunity**
An exciting and unique opportunity now exists for a self-driven and highly flexible professional to join the Detmold Group as part of the Family Office in the varied role of Finance and Administration Officer.
Duties include:

- Providing professional financial support duties including accurate entry of financial data into MYOB
- Reconciling bank, credit card and general ledger accounts
- Maintaining corporate registers and lodgment of ASIC returns when required
- Entering and reconciling data in the investment monitoring software
- Assisting with end of financial year accounting and tax requirements
- Supporting family members with administration requests
- Providing administrative support to the maintenance team
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks such as occasional reception cover and backup for the Office Manager

**About You**
Working in this fast-paced environment, you will ideally possess the following:

- Previous experience in a financial support or bookkeeping role
- Accounting qualifications are preferred with a minimum of TAFE Cert IV
- Experience with internet banking/accounts payable
- Experience with MYOB
- Basic knowledge of accounting for GST
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, and ability to engage across multiple stakeholders
- A flexibility and versatility of approach to handle changing work requirements
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and Word
- Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, and strong ability to work with numbers
- High level of personal accountability, integrity, and respect for confidentiality
