**The Responsibility & Outcomes**:
As the Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will be a key contributor in providing high quality financial information, analysis, reporting and commercial insights both historical and forward-looking, to Bolton Clarke’s Residential Aged Care group, its board and other stakeholders, to facilitate timely and well-informed decision making and business performance management.
- Assistance with preparation of detailed information for reporting, budgets and forecasts.
- Utilising Business Intelligence tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance, including improving existing reports, assisting with design & creation of new reports & dashboards to analyse results.
- Assist with conducting financial analysis and sensitivities on business cases to support decision making on investments, strategic initiatives, or business opportunities.
- High quality ad hoc financial modelling and data analysis
- Be a key contributor to the transition of the reporting platforms of the Allity and Bolton Clarke portfolio, ensuring that key reporting outputs are implemented across the group post-transition
- Working collaboratively within the FP&A team and with the broader Finance team to provide a high value service to the business.

**To be considered for this role you will require**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint, including formulars and vlook ups
- PowerBI, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and/or Dynamics365 experience will be highly valued
- Degree qualified highly valued
