**Who we’re looking for**:
This role reports to the Head of Audit & Assurance and is a key component of the Group’s risk management strategy. The Non-Financial Risk Analyst will develop effective stakeholder relationships and engage directly with the business to triage, investigate, and rate live risk events. In a collaborative and commercially appropriate manner, the Non-Financial Risk Analyst will directly recommend remediation activities to the business and assist in driving outcomes for greater operational control and process assurance. Utilising an established Control Framework, the overall objective is to increase knowledge and usage of the Non-Financial Risk function across the group, while managing inbound risk events within the boundaries of the FleetPartners Risk Management Strategy. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing factually accurate and insightful documentation, notes, and reports that outline root-causes of risk events and agreed remediation activities.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Provide independent and objective investigations in relation to existing or emerging risk events
- Support the execution of Non-Financial Risk management by actively collaborating, problem solving, and clearly recommending remediation activities
- Lead risk control self-assessments (RCSA’s) for various departments or processes within the group, to outline and mitigate known risks
- Update and maintain Non-Financial Risk policies and procedures
- Manage, monitor, and communicate risk events / data captured through the Non-Financial Risk system
- Be responsible for all WHS activities including policy creation / review, incident management, training and awareness in line with the WHS Framework
- Assist the Head of Audit & Assurance in identifying, investigating, and communicating the impact of emerging risks to the Group
- Collaborate with the Internal Audit team to participate in control management activities
- Support the Group in proactively and regularly reviewing business processes for continuous improvement, including documenting and reviewing processes and controls to ensure key risks are mitigated
- Monitor recommended and agreed remediation actions and follow-up as necessary to ensure risks are effectively addressed
- Contribute to the development of the Non-Financial Risk roadmap, to ensure the plan is relevant to the needs of the business
- Prepare Non-Financial Risk reports, data sets and presentations in line with the established Non-Financial Risk Framework
- Be familiar with all enterprise system capabilities relevant to the Non-Financial Risk function

**Requirements**:

- Experience in risk management within the financial services / banking sectors
- Experience with identifying, documenting and assessing risk and controls within the first line
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent in disciplines applicable to fleet and / or risk management, desirable but not essential
- Understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Operational Risks impacting the banking and financial services industries
- Knowledge of WHS regulations and their implementation in Australia and New Zealand
- An energetic and hardworking attitude will suit this position

- Ability to think on your feet, self-motivated, forward thinking who thrives when working as a team
