Cality Care are currently seeking committed and reliable casual Support Workers with experience working in Disability Support to attend Group Home services in Mona Vale, NSW 2103 and surrounding Northern Beaches Suburbs.

$0.92 per km between shifts (terms and conditions apply)

**Supports required include**:
Assistance with Daily Activities

Community access and Social support

Personal care

Domestic assistance

Meal prep

**Must have**:
Current Australian Driver’s License (or willing to transfer) & Reliable Car

Able to drive to shifts in and around Mona Vale & Surrounding Northern Beaches suburbs.

Current NDIS Worker screening card and Working with Children's Check

Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent

Be able to provide 2 current/recent work-related references.

Morning shift (Early morning from 6am, highly desirable)

Afternoon/Evening shift
