DSA is looking for passionate and reliable Disability Support Workers in OUR Mossvale sites.

**Your role**:

- To provide quality 1/1 **Individual Support **to our participants in our day program or an in-home and community setting.
- Assisting our participants to achieve their NDIS goals.
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support participants to be an active part of their community - transport to doctors appointments, shopping, community events they wish to attend.
- Supporting participants to increase and develop skills - travel training, budgeting, safe relationships, life skills (cooking, shopping, cleaning).
- Following behavioral support and care plans
- Live by our values and bring a positive, proactive, and engaging version of yourself

**Additional requirements**:

- Flexibility and availability to work on a roster
- Current NSW Driver’s License (P2 and above) and vehicle.
- A great understanding of person-centered active support and willingness to embrace this model of support
- First Aid/ CPR | NDIS Worker Screening Clearance | WWCC | Covid19 vaccination

**Please note**, successful applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check. As part of our Covid-19 response the Scope Covid-19 policy requires all our employees regardless of the job to have received at least 3 doses of a Covid-19 vaccine.
