**About the Role**:
We are seeking **dedicated and enthusiastic Support Workers** to join our team, supporting individuals with disabilities in the Adelaide area. This diverse role involves:

- **Community Support**: Assisting participants to engage in activities such as shopping, sports, arts, and social outings.
- **Supported Independent Living (SIL)**: Helping participants maintain independence at home through personal care, meal preparation, and household assistance.
- **General Support**: Providing companionship, transport to appointments, and daily living assistance tailored to individual needs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Genuine passion for improving the lives of people with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and situations.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current **First Aid and CPR Certificates**.
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check** (or willingness to obtain).
- **Working With Children's Check**(or willingness to obtain)
- **Police Clearance**(or willingness to obtain)
- Valid **Driver’s Licence** and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field is highly regarded but not essential.
