**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the development, delivery, and evaluation of VET training programs
- Ensure compliance with ASQA and CRICOS requirements, including the Standards for RTOs 2015
- Lead, support, and mentor trainers and assessors
- Develop training plans and timetables in alignment with training package requirements
- Coordinate internal audits and participate in external regulatory audits
- Review and update learning and assessment resources
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support learning outcomes
- Liaise with industry stakeholders to ensure training remains current and relevant
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Training and Assessment (e.g., TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Relevant vocational qualifications in areas offered by the Institute
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar academic or training leadership role
- Strong knowledge of VET sector regulations and compliance obligations
- Demonstrated experience managing teams in a multicultural education environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of student management systems and e-learning platforms

**Desirable**:

- Experience with CRICOS and international student compliance
- Understanding of the revised Standards for RTOs 2025 (effective from July 2025)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
