About the role:

CSR is currently delivering two major transformation initiatives-our Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program-and we're seeking two experienced Change & Training Managers to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

These projects are already in motion, and we need skilled professionals to drive the next phase of change and capability uplift. You'll play a key role in embedding new ways of working across our operations, partnering with stakeholders to design and deliver change and training strategies that align with CSR's Change Management Framework.

  • Support competency framework development and scaffolded learning for WCM

  • Measure and report on change and training effectiveness

  • Ensure smooth handover to BAU for sustained change adoption

  • Collaborate with teams from multiple business areas, including Organisational Development and Operations

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in change management within complex projects

  • Degree in Business, Psychology, Education or related field or equivalent experience

  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills

  • Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
