**THE ROLE**

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day logistics and mobilisation requirements for our mining clients in our Pilbara East division.
- Give a high level of service to clients and project teams
- Organise flights and accommodation
- Mobilisation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites
- Client liaison and engagement
- Book inductions and training
- Manage training records
- Generate POs via JDE

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the mining sector
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to engage and foster working relationships
- Experience using training, mobilisation or planning software’s such as ERMS, SuccessFactors, Workflow.
- Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Word and Excel
