**About the role**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mobilisation officer to join our team. You will be working closely with other members within the Mobilisation team and the Project delivery team to coordinate all site mobilisation requirements, office administration support, and general project support duties.

**About you**

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and energetic Mobilisation Officer who can:

- Organise flights, travel and logistics requirements for multiple staff and sites across WA.
- Experience in mobilising to BHP, FMG and Rio Tinto sites is desirable.
- Previous experience in coordinating pre-employment requirements (medicals, training, PPE).
- Manage equipment, tool and testing equipment registers and quality checks.
- Liaise with site-based staff to ensure timesheets are completed and provide remote support.
- Show current experience using client mobilisation systems is desirable.
- Manage and update employee and project information on internal and client databases.
- Display experience working in a shutdown or project role in a consultant, contractor or mining company.
- Strong office administration experience including invoicing, expenses, document support and general office support.
