**Responsibilities**:
Our Mobilisation Team play a pivotal role in ensuring all our personnel are mobilised to our client and project sites in a timely and efficient manner. As a **Mobilisation Officer**, your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Ensuring strict adherence to pre-employment and site clearance processes.
- Access the National Crime Check database.
- Work alongside our Health Team for pre-employment medical results and clearances.
- Monitor and support personnel onboarding and induction compliance.
- Assist in compliance auditing and record keeping.
- Manage PPE orders.

**About the role**
- Based at Head Office, near Perth Airport, on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
- Full time office-based hours, Monday to Friday.
- Permanent opportunity

**About you**
- Experience working within a fast-paced mobilisation or onboarding team
- Able to communicate professionally across all levels of the company and build relationships with key business partners.
- Strong time management and mindfulness is valuable in our agile environment.
- Capable of working independently on an assigned portfolio but also as a collaborative team member.
- Proficient in the use of Success Factors would be highly regarded.
