Marketing Specialist

The company

We are an Australian based beauty company located in the heart of Sydney CBD, offering a wide range of innovative professional beauty treatments. Our team consists of highly qualified professionals with certificates in Beauty Therapy education, specializing in providing exceptional skin care treatments.

Responsibilities include
- Develop and execute marketing plans for THEONE brand to enhance brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Create, distribute, and track marketing materials to support marketing initiatives.
- Promote services to a variety of healthcare professionals (dermatologists, dentists, etc.) and potential clients via face-to-face visits, phone calls, and online channels.
- Manage and grow social media presence through strategic campaigns and influencer partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key collaborators and partners to enhance brand influence.
- Manage customer relationships, loyalty programs, and initiatives to increase customer retention.
- Collaborate with the store manager, finance team, beauticians and other relevant personnel to support marketing and promotional activities.
- Liaise with suppliers (product and equipment vendors) to ensure smooth execution of marketing and promotional tasks.

About you
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in the beauty, wellness or medical industries.
- Knowledge of visual storytelling and graphic design (using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- A passion for innovative marketing with an eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
- A team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
- A results-oriented mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed goals.
