**About the role**:
Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan.

**This includes but is not limited to**:

- Intensive, flexible, and responsive client focused support with the aim of assisting clients to successfully improve their physical and mental health.
- Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals.
- Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
- Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
- Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.
- Ad-hoc office duties, assisting with marketing and networking activities.

**Requirements**:

- A current Full Driver’s License and own car.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Experienced in Manual Handling, bowel care, and challenging behaviours and other high-care skills.

This is a Full Time Position offering an attractive rate and travel allowance depending on experience and availability.
