**About the Role**:
We’re looking for passionate and reliable **Community/Disability Support Workers** to join our friendly and growing team on a casual basis in the **Northern Beaches Area**.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with manual handling, high-care support, and challenging behaviours.
- Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.
- Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Full Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Comprehensive car insurance.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain, if required).

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.
- Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
- Support clients to attend appointments and engage in social activities.
- Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
- Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
- Perform Disability Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing (AIN) duties.
