As a care manager, your days will involve:
- this involves answering queries about Home Care Packages, CHSP services, private services, our careworker workforce, sending out quotes for home care worker and RN services, handling client complaints and delegating follow up customer service duties to our administrative/operations team.
Writing new care plans, updating care plans and proof reading care plans.
Monitoring that care workers are trained. Briefing and Coaching care workers by phone and video calls to support them to be the best they can be, for each of our unique clients. Undertaking annual reviews and feedback with each care worker, coupled with calling clients for satisfaction feedback.
Quality controlling timesheets and invoices to ensure they match the completed rosters.
Reviewing and processing care worker and RN care notes from their client visits, as instructed by the Senior Care Manager.

**Salary**: $34.00 per hour
