About the Role:We’re looking for passionate and reliable Community/Disability Support Workers to join our friendly and growing team on a casual basis in the Northern Beaches Area.If you're caring, energetic, and love making a positive difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from youWhat We’re Looking For:Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.Experience with manual handling, high-care support, and challenging behaviours.Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections.Essential Requirements:Full Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle.Comprehensive car insurance.NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain, if required).What You’ll Be Doing:Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.Support clients to attend appointments and engage in social activities.Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).Perform Disability Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing (AIN) duties.About Us:At AHS Nursing Agency, we pride ourselves on our warm, inclusive culture.
