We are seeking a highly organised, positive person to join our busy Customer Service team in Heidelberg West. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role and be looking for something that will offer you plenty of variety. If you are juggling kids, another business or just love to travel then this role will offer you the flexibility you need. You will be expected to work 4-5 days per week for the first half of the year but then in the second half your hours will reduce, giving you plenty of time to pursue other interests or simply have a rest. These opportunities are rare to find and we expect this to be snapped up quickly.

This casual role is for immediate start and involves providing excellent customer service and administrative assistance to both our schools and parent customers. You will assist the team with the co-ordination and communication between the Company and the many schools we work with as well as work as a part of our national Customer Service team to respond to parent enquiries.

- A high degree of initiative and strong problem-solving skills when dealing with customer issues
- Superior organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and manage expectations accordingly
- A keen eye for detail and high accuracy
- Enjoy working both independently and as part of a small team
- Excellent computer skills - Excel, Word and Outlook
- Australian residency and no work restrictions
- Proof of Covid Vaccination required
