**Talent Development Officer (POS1572)**
**Salary**:$72,188.05 to $79,099.64 pa pro rata + superannuation
**Location**:Moore Street and remote working
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised self-starter to join our Talent Development team. This is an ideal role for a HR graduate with an interest in learning and organisational development or with 1-3 years’ experience in a learning and organisational development coordinator role.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As the Talent Development Officer, you will work with employees across the organisation in managing first level learning and development enquiries while coordinating learning and organisational development initiatives, events and training. You will provide quality support to the Talent Development team and will lead Council’s employee recognition program, onboarding practice and develop and deliver the annual learning calendar and mandatory learning. You will also manage our learning management system and intranet site as well as coordinate our study assistance practice, work experience and workplace giving programs.

**ABOUT YOU**
To be considered for this position you will need to have:
- Tertiary qualifications (recent graduate) in Human Resources, Learning, Organizational Development.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with some experience in using technology to support the management and delivery of learning and organisational development programs, data insights and communication of programs. Technology used may include HRIS, learning systems, authoring tools, purchasing, records management and Microsoft Office software - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook
- Ability to proactively engage and foster business partnering relationship with key internal stakeholders.
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
