This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the development and growth of a newly set up Compliance team. You will be undertaking compliance functions with high level of customer and solutions focus. This diverse and challenging role will provide you with an opportunity to work in a mix of high rise urban, greenfield residential and rural situations
- The successful applicant will have:

- A Degree, Graduate Diploma or Diploma in Building, Engineering, Construction field or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in building and development compliance, and dealing with unauthorised building work.
- Excellent knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Local Government Act 1993 and other local government related and regulatory legislation

Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience and competencies of the successful applicant. This position comes with a leaseback vehicle or vehicle allowance.
