100% Australian owned, FIP Group have employees across more than 100+ sites, with over 4500 employees. We are currently seeking an experienced Property Coordinator to work at our Brisbane HQ. This role will be on a 6-month (full time) contract with a potential to go permanent.

**About the role**

Reporting directly to the People Integration and Logistics Manager, the role will be responsible for managing a database of employee accommodations across Australia, with a strong focus on maintaining strong relationships with operations managers and other key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a database of employee accommodations/rentals across Australia
- Ensure costings associated with employee accommodation are within approved budget.
- Proactively monitor and track team inbox with regards to accommodation rentals, to ensure all accommodation requirements are as per the company operational guidelines.
- Proactively maintain accurate PIL data bases, tracking and monitoring highlighting areas of concern, supported by recommended rectifications actions.
- Ensure compliance with Operational Management System (OMS).
- Support the facilitation of Internal Audit process.
- Manage internal relationships with FIPG support teams to ensure overall operational excellence across the PIL team business unit.
- Highlight any risk in housing contracts.
- Review, compare, analyze housing leases and services to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies, with the view of reducing overall FIPG commercial exposure.

**Experience**:

- Minimum two years of experience as a property manager
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills and computer literacy
