**What is the Junior Analytics Specialist?**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Help support the team to guide clients through the entire service process as an expert. (Consulting, Implementation, QA, Support, Workshops/trainings, Analysis etc.)
- Manage client communication where required and ensuring that they can always contact us with their technical and business questions/ issues.
- Supporting digital analytics solutions across strategy, design and technical implementation.
- Support Platform Specialists as a second level support

**What you'll need**:

- Keen interest in Digital Analytics
- Experience working in digital analytics or performance is highly advantagous
- Basic understanding of GA4 and GTM is highly beneficial
- Basic knowledge of HTML/Javascript/CSS/SQL desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
