Our client - a leading web development and digital agency that specialise in developing high platforms that power some of Australia’s most recognisable brand and businesses.
The established team of specialists work remotely across the web development and digital space. The role makeup of the team includes a web strategy team, front and backend development teams, SEM/PPC specialists as well as project support roles, which are key to the day-to-day delivery of projects and ongoing support to a vast range of local and international clients.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Prepare project scope, cost estimations, project timelines, technical and functional specifications, and statements of work
- Identify and seek growth opportunities with the current clients that align to their business goals and digital strategy
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver projects on-time and on-budget, and a continued ability to impress clients with quality
- Build and nurture genuine, real, and lasting client relationships
**Experience**:
- 3+ years experience in a similar position working as a Digital Producer/Digital Project Manager
- Experience working with content management systems, project management tools and other key business platforms
- An understanding of project and web data and analytics, proven solution orientation
- Ability to work confidently in cross-functional teams
- Solid client facing and stakeholder management skills
- Technical and web strategy knowledge is high regarded
