**Client Management**
- Assisting the SAM with leading client accounts to facilitate and execute all briefs
- Planning and project management, inclusive of timeline delivery, scoping, forecasting,

competition research, digital audits and financial reporting
- Ensure client campaigns are on strategy, on budget, on time and on target
- Developing and executing client presentations in Keynote, Google Slides and PowerPoint, and be confident in presenting to clients
- Prepare detailed weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports to all clients (if required)
- Work with exceptional organisational and relationship skills, also ensuring high quality and

responsive service to clients at all times
- Provide client council, identify client risks and solutions, and escalate risks to SAM where

needed
- Expectation to respond to client communication outside of office hours when required for e.g. crisis comms, events or campaign delivery deadlines

**Strategic Planning**
- Working with the SAM, develop and execute creative, tactical and innovative integrated

comms (inclusive of social, content, advocacy, PR and events/activations) strategies and

campaigns for clients through earned, paid, shared and owned channels to strengthen their

brand identity and market presence
- Remain informed and up to date on all relevant social, influencer and broader marketing trends and platforms to enhance results and assist in providing key insights for clients

**Influencer Marketing, Advocacy & Partnerships**
- Have a strong understanding of the influencer landscape
- Develop, implement and manage social media influencer programs for clients utilising

influencers and content creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn,

ensuring a deep understanding of KOL’s within all verticals and fostering relationships with

them
- Negotiation of influencer and content creator partnerships

**Content & Channel Management**
- Manage and support the team on the development of content from internal and external

sources to create content calendars across all social channels, ensuring content is on-brand

and visual flow is cohesive. This also includes coordinating briefs and content shoots for

owned content that sits across each client’s channels
- Maintain an aptitude for thinking creatively and sharing those creative ideas with clients
- Overseeing community management, troubleshooting and assigning issues as they arise
- Ensure consistency of client tone and messages across all brand touchpoints
- Implementation and monitoring of paid social activity across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest

**Leadership & Collaboration**
- Collaborate with all teams to leverage planned initiatives and activities where appropriate
- Have a collaborative spirit to work towards the best outcome for clients and Always Human

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
