At Kin Dental Studio we are looking for someone friendly and detail-oriented to join our already awesome team.

**NO DENTAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. **We provide inhouse KDS Training.

Our remuneration offer is fair and equitable.

Location: Rosebery

Required hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 6:00pm

**Skills/Experience**:

- Excellent at handling patient enquires and speaking on the phone
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
- Experienced in customer service (preferred)
- Proficient in softwares: Excel, Google Drive, etc. (preferred)
- Great with social media and tech savvy (preferred)
- Language skills in other languages (big plus)

**Other**:

- Localish to the Rosebery area (preferred - for work/life balance - important to us)

**Responsibilities**

As our Front Desk person, you would be in charge of everything patient communication-related. We also value cross-trained people, so you would also take on other various responsibilities over time that extend past your role’s primary tasks - a great chance to upskill and gives your work life more variety.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments
- Answering patient questions and concerns (giving great dental advice, aftercare instructions and follow-up questions)
- Perform administrative duties and help around the clinic (ordering, restocking, cleaning)
- Being a great listener and communicator to patients and other staff members
- And being friendly, understanding, and welcoming to everyone

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Handling packages and filing invoices
- Aiding with social media management and content creation
- Helping dental assistants with setting up and maintaining equipment
- Assisting Dentists in appointments when needed (backup Dental Assistant)
- Assisting with in-house lab work when needed

**Salary**: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rosebery, NSW 2018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
