**About the Role**

Are you ready to embark on a stellar career journey, where the sky's the limit? Black Star Pastry, is looking for two Store Managers - one for our Rosebery store located in the iconic Cannery precinct and the other in our homeland of Newtown.

Both these roles manage all areas of the Black Star Pastry store with key responsibilities across the customer experience, team engagement and performance and ensuring our product and service standards are met.

**Remuneration & Star Benefits**
- $74,200 plus super and phone allowance.

- Possess 2-3 years of hospitality experience, honing your skills as a great leader.

- Exhibit a passion for ensuring customer delight and upholding our product quality.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure each customer's journey with us is one to remember, for all the right reasons.
- Uphold the quality and consistency standards that define Black Star Pastry.
- Oversee the operation of the store, ensuring its smooth and harmonious existence.
- Oversee activities such as rostering, ordering, team management, and store maintenance.

**About the Business**

Black Star Pastry opened its first boutique patisserie in Newtown in 2008 and since then we have grown into an institution with further stores in Rosebery, Chatswood and Sydney's CBD, together with Pop-Ups in Burwood and Broadway.

We are most famous for our Strawberry Watermelon Cake which continues to be a social media sensation, with the New York Times declaring it “the world’s most instagrammed cake.”
