**Our Company**

Magic Hand Car Wash is an industry-leading national chain of car washes.

**Your Role**

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and driving our business forward. Here’s what you will be working on:

- Developing and executing all customer strategies including customer retention, acquisition and customer experience programs
- Managing our core brand strategies including PR, social channels, websites, brand tracking, sponsorships and awards
- Driving our strategic partnerships with RAC, John Hughes Motors and other partners, by collaborating to create market leading campaigns and events
- Delivering clear, concise and effective communications to internal stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with Magic Marketing Fund stakeholders and partners to drive brand revenue
- Maintaining information and images on our website, Google My Business listings

**You**
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- 2+ years of post-graduate experience in a similar marketing role
- A strong understanding of customer retention and lead generation strategies, across multiple channels and audiences
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues, partner, agencies and suppliers
- Knowledge of graphic and web design software is desirable but not essential

**How to Apply**

**Salary**: $75,000.00 per year
