Overview

seeks a Marketing Specialist to plan and execute digital outbound campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert prospects for our clients. Reporting to the Manager of Digital Marketing Services and working alongside seasoned strategists, you'll build strategies, interact with stakeholders and drive performance improvements across a range of B2B clients and industries.

What you'll do
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms and industries.
  • Work with a team of specialists and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse results and suggest optimisation actions.
  • Design account lists and ABM playbooks tailored to target segments.
  • Establish dashboards to visualise engagement and pipeline impact.
  • Analyse campaign results, capture learnings, and refine documentation continuously.
What you'll bring
  • 4+ years in B2B digital marketing.
  • Experience in marketing tactics, including ABM campaigns, CRMs, socials, and other forms.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Data mindset that experiments, analyses and improves cost-per-SQL.
  • Process discipline to document and scale best-practice playbooks.
