Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for contributing to the smooth operation of contractor onboarding, management and compliance with all company, project, legal and statutory requirements.
Responsible for the proactive onboarding of sub-contractors in line with compliance requirements to meet resourcing requests across several projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all Subcontractor details and accreditation's, insurances, inductions, and OH&S records are routinely and accurately managed and kept up to date before allowing them to work in the field or on the network.
- Validate documentation and maintain sub-contractor files.
- Follow up outstanding documentary evidence direct with sub-contractors.
- Enter and maintain the accuracy of the system and various systems/databases.
- Prepare professional correspondence.
- After direct follow-up, escalate non-compliance to appropriate levels.
- Assist with audits of the system/database and related files - electronic and hard copy.
- Ensure subcontractor records are current and systems are updated with all compliance requirements.
- Assist in coordinating training for staff and sub-contractors.
- Ensure that the filing system is kept up to date and maintained both electronic
- Prepare on-boarding and information packs to prime and sub-contractors.
- Maintain reporting systems to ensure timeliness, accuracy of all contractor information.
- Assist the Procurement Manager in managing the resource projects
- Ensure the end-to-end procurement process operates effectively to achieve on-boarded sub-contractors ready to commence works prior to delivery dates
- Ensure Subcontractors understand and meet our standards/requirements for capability, capacity, availability, accreditation's, safety, and quality

About you
- They will require a thorough understanding of on-boarding principles
- Experience producing reports, including data analysis
- Proven experience working in a client focused on-boarding role
- Experience and understanding of auditing and compliance regimes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation and advocacy skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dedicated to the provision of quality customer service
- To work under direction but to be able to work unsupervised when required and show initiative
- To work collaboratively with a team - based across several sites
- Willingness to learn and impart knowledge to managers
- Able to work discreetly with sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet competing deadlines
- Positive, proactive, professional approach and willingness to ‘own the job’ until completion
- Sound knowledge of office systems, process and procedure
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Industry experience desirable
