Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future, to our 10 million + personal and small business customers. We offer market-leading products and services, supported by some of the world’s best systems and processes. The Credit Cards Crew has end-to-end responsibility for the Commonwealth Bank Credit Cards business. We consist of squads that look after the development of the credit card products, acquisition, the growth of our portfolio, our loyalty program and end-to-end process improvement
A part of Credit Cards Crew Cards Modernisation is a multiyear initiative that looks to build a group wide capability leveraging cloud, rationalising multiple Card platforms, enabling personalisation, resilience and productivity.
**Do work that matters**
As a **Product **Manager **in the Process Simplification squad, you will be a key player in our transformation agenda, delivering on process simplification across all card domains including Credit, BNPL, Debit and Corporate. You will deliver exceptional customer experience through re-designing credit card processes, controls, reporting and macros as we progress the Cards Modernisation Program.
**More specifically you will**:
- Develop relationships with and work closely with vendor(s) and internal vendor support teams
- Work with cross functional stakeholders including business, project, technical, OCM, risk, compliance and legal to define the future state for in-life cards processes
- Actively seek to uplift and simplify, or decommission manual processes including Macro’s, WIMs, Controls and reporting
- Work with Cards’ operations teams to simplify and uplift standard operating procedures in-line with strategic deployments on the Cards Modernisation Program.
- Manage deliverables within the squad, including with delivery teams
- Ensure robust operational risk management, and continuous improvement of processes
- Be responsible for continued monitoring and proactive improvements of the process risk and control environment
**We want to hear from people who have**:
- 3 years + financial services experience
- Credit Card & Payment Processing knowledge
- Strong commercial acumen and strategy development skills
- Strong thought leadership & ability to work autonomously
- The ability and enthusiasm to act as a ‘change leader' in supporting transformational activities
- Experience dealing with a highly complex operational environment
- A track record of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across teams
- Proven problem-solving skills couple with a strong ability to innovation and think outside the box
- Relevant Tertiary degree highly regarded
