BCG-X are proud to be a part of a brand-new stealth venture soon to be launching in market. This, one of its kind ecosystem will target a large demographic in Australia to inspire & be inspired curating the best experiences life has to offer.

They are looking for an exceptional **Product Manager** with a desire to build a new digital challenger. You will own the product roadmap and guide our development from early stage to scale, working with the design and engineering teams to drive lean, agile development process. As an early hire, you will have ownership, autonomy, and work closely with the MD to help grow product, business, and strategy from the ground up.

**In this role you will lead, and organisation be the champion of our core product and our customers**
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the venture
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to create customer
- centric experiences and features that drive product adoption
- Launch products and features into market with a 'test and learn 'attitude
- Engage our customers to improve our product, with feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
- Manage a diverse set of vendors (both start-up and corporate) to deliver outcomes
- Recommend modifications to product features, pricing and marketing approaches to accelerate our growth
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track validation of product/market fit and iterate our strategy based on market learnings
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage product risks and dependencies
- Plan and manage product spend against wider business budget constraints e.g. when making build versus buy decisions
- Represent product to commercial partners and investors
- **PLEASE NOTE** - this is a Sydney based role, and will require 2 days per week from the office

**In this role you should have**
- 5+ years’ experience in product management with a proven track record of developing, launching, and shipping products from the ground up
- 3+ years hands-on leadership experience building and managing a cross
- functional team
- Passion and interest for building digital products and developing solutions for an underserved demographic
- Competencies in digital, including CDPs, Google Analytics, and agile collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Notion, or Jira)
- Strong background in Agile & Lean methodologies and KPI/ OKR setting
- Entrepreneurial drive and a high degree of ownership

**Highly advantageous**
- Strong capabilities in user research and rapid experimentation (A/B)
- Aptitude for creative and strategic thinking and desire to thought partner with our MD on how we grow the venture
