Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Product Manager to lead FX Payments product initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee the full product lifecycle, drive market expansion, and optimise product performance. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership to deliver customer-centric solutions while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute strategic FX Payments product roadmaps, aligning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Lead ideation, development, and launch of new FX and payment products, leveraging market research, customer feedback, and data-driven insights.
  • Manage end-to-end partner integrations and API initiatives to enable seamless client experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and QA teams to deliver technically robust and user-friendly solutions.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze KPIs, and implement optimisations to improve engagement, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Lead complex remediation, discontinuation, and enhancement projects while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with GTM, strategy, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience managing FX or payments products in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environments.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth, launching new products, and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making and customer-focused product design.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory and risk frameworks within FX and payments.
  • Proficiency with product management tools, financial software, and API integrations.
