We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s ready to take ownership of campaigns, test boldly, and drive results. With 2-4 years of hands-on experience, you’ll bring ideas to life across Google Ads, Meta, and more — all while helping reshape education for thousands of students across Australia.

**What you'll do**
- Launch, manage and optimise paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, and beyond)
- Collaborate with the Content team on visuals, copy and landing pages
- Analyse campaign performance using GA4, Meta Suite and dashboards
- Execute A/B tests and iterate based on data
- Own funnel strategy, customer segmentation and retargeting
- Coordinate with external agencies (if applicable) and report on results
- Stay across trends and platform changes
- Jump into broader marketing projects if you’re keen to contribute

**Academic Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (a bonus, not a must)

**Personal Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Proven skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and GA4
- Curious mindset and comfort with fast-paced change
- Experience in education or high-growth environments (nice to have)
