Talent Acquisition Administrator

**The Role**
The Talent Acquisition administrator plays a key role in supporting the teams day-day activities for all recruitment and onboarding activities across Greenstone. It's a varied role where you'll work autonomously with the team and wider HR department as the need requires.
We are acurrently transitioning to Ceridian Dayforce as our HRIS - any expiernece with this system is highly value
- Provide effective administrative support & coordinate the activities of the Talent Acquisition team by establishing and maintaining information systems which effectively support the activities of the team.
- Support the Head of TA in reporting and audit tasks
- Ensure all back-end administrative tasks are up to date and accurate
**What we're looking for**
- Experience in any capacity with Ceridian Dayforce from an administration or reporting perspective
- A range of experience in the coordination of administrative activities preferably within a HR / TA function in fast paced organisations
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word - ideally the ability to create & run basic reports in Excel and write processes in Word
- Attention to detail and exceptional prioritisation and organisational skills
- Ability to perform well autonomously - while many of the tasks in this role have 'due dates', you will need to prioritise and set your own agenda
- Ability to develop effective people relationships across Greenstone
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated continuously seeking ways to add value to the team
