We are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager for a 12-month contract position with a not-for-profit organization specializing in the health sector. As a member of the project team, you will be responsible for mapping the sensitive data points and organizing the change implementation for a major solution replacement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and manage the overall change process, including identifying stakeholder needs, defining business impacts, and mitigating risks
- Work collaboratively with the project team to develop and execute a detailed change management plan
- Ensure that all change management activities are performed according to industry standard methodologies and project timelines
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organization to promote awareness and ensure buy-in for change management initiatives
- Collaborate with project team members to develop effective communication and training strategies to support the adoption of changes
- Monitor the progress of change management activities and provide regular updates to project stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Change Analyst/Lead or Change Manager
- Proven experience managing complex change initiatives, particularly in data heavy environments
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated experience building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities and the ability to think strategically and adapt quickly
- Experience working within NFP’s (not-for-profit) would be highly regarded
- Relevant qualifications in Change Management or a related field would be advantageous
