**About the Role**
Driving University-wide transformation, the Instructional Design and Change Adoption Lead architects and executes impactful change and communication strategies for the COO-P. This role champions adoption of new work paradigms, while simultaneously elevating team performance through governance, practice refinement, and pipeline oversight. As a pivotal team member, the Lead delivers expert advice, quality assurance, and collaborative support, ensuring seamless and effective change delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and support the implementation of comprehensive change management and communication strategies, encompassing governance, stakeholder engagement, and impactful messaging, while offering expert advice and support.
- Lead the development of tailored artifacts to support the adoption of complex change. These include (but are not limited to) work instructions, FAQs, video guides, local operating rules, facilitated training.
- Managing service requests, driving practice improvement through framework and toolkit enhancements, and contributing to pipeline management and team operational efficiency.
- Ensuring quality assurance, addressing risks, and providing essential support to team members, while contributing to performance reporting and supplier liaison.

**Who we are looking for**
We are seeking a highly skilled change leader, adept in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and impactful communication, who thrives in agile environments. This individual will possess a strong grasp of modern instructional design and change methodologies, deliver proactive solutions, and excel in both independent and collaborative roles They will prioritise effectively, manage complex initiatives, and embody our core values of service excellence and collaborative partnership.

You will also have:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- A minimum of 5 years combined change management and instructional design experience with
- Experience in providing strategic advice, exceptional client service and senior executive support in the context of a large, complex organisation.
