**Improvement Lead - Specialist Clinics**
**Royal Melbourne Hospital**
The Improvement Lead, Specialist Clinics, will partner with key stakeholders and programs to facilitate and drive improvement and innovation across outpatient services at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. The Improvement Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing key improvement projects to improve the delivery of timely and quality care for our patients. This will be achieved through agreed improvement and innovation initiatives utilising robust project and change management, effective stakeholder engagement and management, clear and timely project documentation and reporting, and consumer partnership/co-design.

**The Role**:
- Define and document project scope, aim/objectives, deliverables, evaluation criteria, and timeframe for completion.
- Establish, coordinate, evaluate and report on key project deliverables aligned with organisational and directorate priorities, under robust project governance.
- Coordinate efforts so that project objectives are achieved within specified timeframes and within budget, and a sustainability plan is actioned.
- Organise and support effective working meetings aligned with project governance, including timely dissemination of meeting agendas that outline meeting purpose and desired outcomes, papers, and minutes.
