**About the role**:
Working as an integral part of the Corporate Services Department, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of Procurement and Asset Management, including assisting with the implementation of new systems, supplier management, day to day procurement and asset management.
You will manage the order processing of materials, tools, equipment, and consumables, and ensure despatch to staff and sites.
Excellent customer service and exemplary administration skills are essential to support internal and external stakeholders.

**To be considered for this role you should have**:
- Proven experience in a similar procurement role
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field, highly regarded.
- Good working knowledge of purchasing and asset management strategies.
- Experience preparing proposals, requesting quotes, prepare purchase orders and agreements.
- Experience putting supplier / contract management purchasing systems in place.
- Experience working in fast-paced environment, in a business undergoing rapid growth.
- Self-motivation, able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong PC and administration skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exemplary communication and relationship building skills.
- Drivers Licence essential.
