**About the role**

Our business is growing and so is our team, we are currently seeking a Asset Coordinator to join the businesses on site Asset Management Group (AMG). This will be a site based role flying in on a 8|6 roster to the Yilgarn region. The opportunity will give exposure to a number of stakeholders at all levels on site and the opportunity to drive and imbed some strong administrative process in support of the AMG team.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Support of AMG operations across 4 sites
- Daily maintenance report creation - power BI
- Safety report creation - INX and BI
- Pronto data entry
- Maintaining rosters in excel
- Assisting schedulers with weekly work packs
- Processing of job planning sheets
- Ordering of parts through Coupa

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Previous Site Administration or Maintenance Administration role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current C Class drivers’ license
- Drive and ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- High level of attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills
- Certificate III in Business Administration (highly desirable)
