Make your mark completing the following tasks:

  • Becoming a gun at all things SOLAR, learn the ropes and earn your stripes
  • Building a positive relationship with all stakeholders including suppliers, installers, team mates and customers
  • Coordinate installations with subcontractors and customers to secure a quick turnaround of jobs
  • Manage the procurement of stock and distribution for all installations across Australia, including solar panels, inverters, batteries etc
  • Maintain an inventory of stock on hand in our warehouse
  • Hiring of access equipment including scissor lifts, scaffold and edge protection
  • Use the CRM to support the efficient processing of jobs from new sale through to post installation support
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through all touch points including phone and email
  • Leverage relationships to produce positive outcomes for Adapt and it's customers
