The IT Helpdesk Officer will act as the first point of contact for all IT Helpdesk queries, providing high-quality support to all staff whilst communicating with different people throughout the organsisation and prioritising tickets.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Relevant experience in a similar position/ relevant qualification
- High level computer literacy and technical ability

Key Requirements:

- Act as first point of call for all IT Helpdesk queries
- Respond to all IT Helpdesk tickets in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain end user accounts, permissions and access rights
- Set up of new user accounts and training
- Install and test new hardware and software across the business
- Troubleshoot and support virtual desktops, laptops and printers
- Troubleshoot network access for PC's and mobile devices

If you have experience in an IT Helpdesk role or have recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in IT, we encourage you to apply. This role requires 5 days in the office so only local residents are encouraged to apply.
