Established in 1974, **Alspec** are the market leaders in the design and distribution of innovative aluminium systems to the architectural, industrial and home improvement markets and can genuinely offer fantastic career progression and long-term opportunities in their national Branch network.

**About The Role...**

If you are interested in a career in customer service and looking for an opportunity that provides both a good basic grounding and future opportunities to progress, then this role will be of interest to you.

Working as part of a vibrant and energetic team you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing product information and service as well as undertaking a variety of administrative support duties.

Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:

- Entering Quotes and Orders.
- Answering the phone and helping with customer enquiries.
- Providing general customer service to our clients.

**About You...**

This is an extremely busy role and requires someone who thrives on working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Applicants will also need to have:

- A bright personality with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong computer and systems experience with fast and accurate typing speeds.
- Previous experience in a customer service role would be great but not critical as we are happy to provide training to anyone with the right attitude.

You will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and must have contactable work references.
