We have an exciting opportunity for an Equipment Coordinator to join our Perth team in our Malaga office on a permanent fulltime basis.

Reporting to the Equipment Manager you will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties including but not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:
Performing portable appliance testing as required
Seeking potential new business opportunities
Maintaining all inventory owned by Powertech
Generating quotations, rental contracts, stock/inventory and customer database maintenance in the Epicor ERP
Procurement of new equipment
Approving AP and AR invoices
Assigning equipment sales mark-ups, calibration and rental prices for assets
Receiving and sending equipment
Performing regular stocktakes of all inventory items
Customer service

**Desired experience, skills and qualifications**:
A tertiary qualification in the Electrical or Electronic field is desirable but not a prerequisite.
Previous experience with logistics systems preferred
Well organised and reliable
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate skills in Word and Excel.
Demonstrated customer service experience.
