We're looking for a proactive, detail-focused Customer Care Coordinator to join our friendly team in Malaga, WA on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this hands-on role, you'll provide exceptional customer service while supporting our sales and service teams to deliver high-quality assistive technology and mobility solutions to people living with disability.

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for clients, managing enquiries, coordinating appointments, and providing essential administrative support.

Full training will be provided to the right candidate

What You'll Do
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients with professionalism and care
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales reps and service technicians
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to service requests
  • Process orders and prepare quotes
  • Maintain accurate client information in our CRM
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What You'll Bring
  • 2–3 years' experience in customer service, administration, or scheduling (including face-to-face service)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
