To be successful in this role you will have;
- Extensive experience in a similar hospitality management role
- A hands-on approach to delivering an excellent guest experience
- Experience in restaurant service in a fast busy environment
- Strong commercial acumen and financial analytic skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written an verbal
- The ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Extensive understanding of HR best practices and a strategic outlook
- Strong time management skills and a focused attention to detail
- An ability to multi-task and manage across multiple levels with a comprehensive knowledge of the venue's activity at all times
