**Job Description**:
As General Manager Pullman Mercure Melbourne Albert Park and an ambassador of the Accor brand, you will showcase your inspiring leadership skills, along with your strategic vision; to drive an engaged team, provide a positive guest experience and maximise operating results.
You will bring your strong commercial and financial acumen to exceed targets and positively position the property in the premium marketplace.
You will be responsible for:
- leading the overall management and strategic direction of the property
- supporting all departments in the achievement of operational targets
- maximise the property in terms of profit and management of financials
- champion employee engagement, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment for all our Heartists
**Qualifications**:
A qualification in hotel management, hospitality management, commerce or business administration would be highly regarded.
About you
- Previous experience as a General Manager, preferably with large Food and Beverage and Conference and Events facilities
- Demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs
- Passionate to develop self and others
- Clear communication, creating impactful relationships with your team
- A proven leader with a strategic vision
- Fosters a positive owner relationships while and maximising performance
