**Job Overview**: We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to join our team and lead us into the next phase of growth. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of The Digital Juice by providing strategic leadership, effective management, and fostering a culture of excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Lead and inspire a team of passionate professionals, providing clear direction and support to achieve our business goals.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, including market expansion, revenue generation, and profitability improvement.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- **Financial Management**: Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial performance to optimize resources and maximize profitability.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring we exceed their expectations.
- **Team Development**: Nurture talent within the organization, providing mentorship and development opportunities to team members.
- **Culture Enhancement**: Promote and uphold our company culture of creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve team and company performance.
- **Market Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing.

**Salary**: $92,201.88 - $135,111.92 per year
