Our client, a nationally recognised market leader in seasonal event design and illumination, is seeking a talented Production Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with high-end clients on a national scale and be part of creating unforgettable experiences.

As the Production Manager, you will report directly to the Production Director and collaborate closely with the Creative and Technical departments to bring imaginative concepts to life.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Providing expert technical input to the Creative team on construction methods
- Estimating and costing projects accurately, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Maintaining the production schedule for approved projects, ensuring they stay within budget, adhere to timelines, and meet agreed milestones.
- Collaborating with the Production Director and the Bespoke Production Manager on risk assessment documents associated with bespoke products.
- Leading, motivating, and inspiring the crew and contractors throughout various stages of projects, showcasing strong leadership qualities.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and attributes**:

- Extensive production experience within the display/events/exhibition industry.
- In-depth knowledge of carpentry, construction, and metal fabrication for both temporary and permanent installations in public spaces.
- A background in trade/building/mechanical engineering would be a significant asset.
- The ability to work autonomously when required, while also being a collaborative team player who readily shares information and accepts input.
- Strong leadership qualities with the confidence to lead, motivate, and inspire the crew and contractors throughout various project stages.
