**About the role**

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for understanding consumer needs and managing the life cycle of the product portfolio, ensuring our products meet the needs of our customers while driving growth and profitability for the company.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Ongoing maintenance of the current and new product portfolio, ensuring product relevance and competitiveness.
- Develop new product opportunities by identifying gaps in the market and understanding customer needs and preferences.
- Effectively plan and manage product costing and retail pricing to optimize profitability and drive sales.
- Work with the global product team to launch new & innovative products into the Australian market.
- Maintain an understanding of the industry market landscape to guide new product development and range assortment.
- Attending trade shows and visiting customers.
- Report on category, channel and product performance.

**You will have**:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on driving results and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Marketing or Business qualification
- Knowledge of the hand tool or hardware industries (preferable) but not mandatory

**Salary**: Up to $100,000.00 per year
