**The Job**:
Join the Broadcast Operations team and gain valuable experience across media management, content ingest, quality control, content editing, media asset management, metadata and on-air presentation.

Typically, this role requires a Media Operator with attention to detail, initiative, an ability to work methodically through assigned tasks and strong communication skills to deal with other departments, often in real-time, live situations.

**What we need**:
Broadcasting is a 24-hour business and as such most Media Operations functions require staff to work varied hours across a 24/7 shift roster.

**We need**:

- Demonstrated career aspirations in media TV operations.
- Exposure to media operations via study or work experience.
- Exposure to editing software.
- Attention to detail, methodical and responsive.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and activities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work to a 24/7 shift roster.
